Meet Eddy Vieira

Based in Miami. Serving Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

I came to the United States from Brazil in 1986. After a few years working my way across the country, including a stretch on salmon boats out of Seattle and Alaska, I settled back in Miami in 1989 and never left.

My first career was in hospitality. I trained as a sous chef in Italian cuisine and worked in Bal Harbour, where I learned that taking care of people is the whole job. From there I moved into technology sales, where I spent eight years helping grow a company from 1.2 million to 15 million dollars a month in revenue. That taught me how to build trust, close with confidence, and treat every relationship like it matters.

For more than 20 years now, real estate has been my home. In my very first year, I was ranked among the top 50 agents out of more than 3,500 at a major brokerage. I have closed more than 100 transactions and over 40 million dollars in volume, working with buyers and sellers across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Orlando. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently, so my clients from Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, and the Cuban-American community can make their biggest financial decision in the language they think in.
